The main house form, balconies, black railings, openings and curved pool remained while repairs, a lighter exterior finish, terrace paving and lighting changed the poolside elevation.

House Facade: Traditional Villa to Contemporary Exterior
Arched openings, tiled roof sections, ornamental railings and decorative bands were replaced by larger glazing, flatter roof forms, glass balustrades and a clearer entrance composition.

Swimming Pool Renovation: Reworking the Beachfront Setting
The compact existing pool and surrounding terrace were substantially reworked to create a larger swimming area, broader access and a more direct connection with the private beach.

These examples cover different planning problems: combining a master bathroom and dressing area, rebuilding a narrow Palm Jumeirah bathroom within its room boundaries, reorganising a Meadows master bathroom and replacing a built-in bathtub with a walk-in shower in a second Meadows bathroom.

A curved spa bath, dark borders and heavy cabinetry gave way to a rectangular bath, broad frosted glazing, smoked-glass enclosures, a floating oak vanity and integrated lighting.

Three narrower arched openings were replaced by broader glazing, while the dressing connection, bed wall, media wall, lighting and seating were coordinated as one master-suite plan.

Dark cherry cabinetry, patterned granite and a suspended ceiling were replaced by a longer island, full-height storage, integrated appliances, oak-toned joinery and light slab surfaces.
