This home renovation in Jumeirah Golf Estates was planned around a complete lifestyle upgrade for an existing villa. The concept improves the visual flow between living, dining, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, pool, terrace, and garden areas while keeping the house warm, open, and suitable for family living.

The design direction uses soft plaster-like wall finishes, pale marble-look flooring, warm wood, taupe cabinetry, black linear details, smoked glass, bronze-toned accents, textured rugs, low furniture, indoor planting, and large windows to create a villa that feels connected to light, views, and outdoor living.

Warm Contemporary Villa Interior Design in Jumeirah Golf Estates

The main interior concept for Hora Villa is based on a soft contemporary language with warm neutral colors, rounded architectural details, large open spaces, and selected darker accents. The design does not depend on heavy decoration. Instead, it builds the look through material texture, daylight, proportion, furniture shape, lighting, and greenery.

The ground floor is designed as an open social area where the lounge, TV wall, dining room, kitchen, staircase, and garden views remain visually connected. This creates a spacious atmosphere for the villa while giving each zone a clear use through rugs, furniture placement, lighting features, and changes in material tone.

Open Living Room with Garden Views

The living room introduces the main design mood of the renovation. A large off-white sectional sofa sits on a pale textured rug, with low black coffee tables and caramel lounge chairs adding contrast. Tall windows bring filtered daylight into the space, while the indoor planters connect the seating area with the villa garden and golf-facing setting.

Integrated TV Wall and Lounge Area

The TV area is positioned within curved wall planes, allowing the large media screen to feel part of the architecture.
