Result: The retained G+1 villa gained new facade proportions, a defined main entrance, larger openings, and a closer connection between the interiors, terrace.
Traditional Palm Jumeirah Villa to Contemporary Waterfront Home
Original condition: The villa had cream exterior walls, tiled roof sections, curved garage surrounds, decorative wall bands, metal balcony railings, and repeated arched openings.
Arta scope: The facade renovation introduced flatter roof forms, wider glazing, a full-height entrance composition, glass balustrades, new terrace treatment, architectural lighting, and updated relationships with the landscape.

The cost of an exterior home remodel depends less on the villa size alone and more on the condition of the existing property and the depth of the changes required. Two villas with a similar facade area can have very different budgets if one mainly needs surface renewal while the other requires waterproofing repairs, new openings, structural alterations, or changes to the surrounding outdoor areas.
Existing-Condition Work
