Casa Azul was developed as a modern luxury villa design project with a full residential lifestyle program: large formal living areas, family lounges, dining spaces, private bedroom suites, a home office, spa-style bathrooms, a walk-in dressing room, rooftop gym, pool terrace, and landscaped outdoor areas.

The project combines luxury custom home construction with a warm interior direction based on pale stone, cream upholstery, natural wood, bronze details, sculptural lighting, glass openings, and views toward the Hartland Canal.

The design direction for Casa Azul is based on a bright modern villa form, expansive glazing, warm lighting, soft neutral interiors, premium material selection, and generous indoor-outdoor spaces shaped around waterfront living.

The villa has the scale of a big luxury house design, but the visual language remains balanced through white architecture, bronze frames, pale timber, stone surfaces, layered curtains, textured upholstery, and carefully placed decorative lighting.

The front elevation uses white architectural volumes, vertical bronze screening, tall windows, palm planting, and clean landscape edges to create a polished luxury home front elevation design. The façade feels open and private at the same time, with the screens adding rhythm, shade, and depth to the modern structure.
