Sora was developed as a high-end ultra modern residential redevelopment in Jumeirah Islands. The project focused on improving the villa’s scale, circulation, exterior design, and daily comfort through custom remodeling services planned around the property’s existing condition and the client’s lifestyle requirements.

The design combines an ultra modern villa exterior with large glass openings, white architectural volumes, dark framing, shaded outdoor areas, and a large infinity pool that anchors the outdoor living experience.

Ultra Modern Villa Design for a Jumeirah Islands Home Remodel

The exterior design for Sora gives the villa a new architectural style. White geometric volumes, large dark-framed windows, flat rooflines, glass balcony lines, and black screening elements create a clean ultra modern villa design with a strong connection to the pool and landscape.

The remodeling work also changes how the home is experienced from arrival to the rear terrace. The driveway, entry, carport, facade, pool, pergola, and outdoor seating areas were planned as connected parts of one custom home remodel.

White Facade With Double-Height Glass

The front elevation uses tall glass, white wall planes, dark frames, and a vertical tower-like volume to create a modern arrival moment. The double-height glass introduces scale at the entrance, while the black details add definition to the clean white facade.
