This home renovation on Palm Jumeirah is planned as a Design and Build project, where the new interior design works with the villa’s existing structural elements. The concept brings a complete visual update to the residence while keeping the home suited to daily family living, guest hosting, and beachside use.

The villa includes a master suite with a walk-in wardrobe and wide views, a guest room with en-suite bathroom and walk-in wardrobe, an open living area, an entrance office view, a marble staircase with linear lighting, and outlooks toward the golf, beach, entrance, and surrounding Palm Jumeirah views.

Villa Design for Renovation

The Aros interior is built around a warm contemporary palette. Pale stone floors give the villa a bright base, while full-height wood panels bring warmth to corridors, the staircase, bedroom walls, and entrance areas. The main contrast comes from dark marble, glossy stone, smoked glass, black ceiling tracks, bronze details, and deep burgundy stone pieces.

The design avoids a flat neutral look by using rich material variation. Smooth timber sits beside fluted wall panels. Pale stone is paired with dark veined slabs. Soft cream upholstery is set against burgundy tables, dark glass, and sculptural lighting. These contrasts create a mature high-end design that suits a private villa in one of Dubai’s most recognizable waterfront communities.

The staircase becomes one of the main interior moments in the villa. Pale marble steps are framed by full-height timber wall cladding, giving the stair a clean architectural presence. Linear lighting below the steps adds a soft glow, while the slim handrail keeps the wall plane uncluttered. At the upper level, a deep red artwork creates a link to the burgundy accents used in other rooms.

Entrance Setting with Mirror, Light, and Stone

The entrance creates a formal first impression through large mirror panels, vertical light strips, dark reflective surfaces, and burgundy stone console bases. The console pieces add color and weight, while the mirror expands the view and catches the light. The space feels polished from the first step inside the villa, setting the tone for the full interior.

The entrance corridor shows how the villa uses timber as a main interior material. Full-height panels, fluted sections, slim metal lines, and dark door surfaces create a clean sequence toward the main areas. Living, Show Kitchen, TV, and Dining Areas

The main family areas use a shared design language but each zone has its own focal point. The living room is softer and brighter, the kitchen is darker and more architectural, the TV area uses a large stone feature wall, and the dining room introduces display shelving, sculptural lighting, and a long stone table.

Curved side panels, pale fabric surfaces, and warm lighting soften the stone composition.
