Set on a 7,318.70 sq.ft plot, the intervention focuses on upgrading the existing architecture and interiors to create a more refined and contemporary living environment.
The villa features four bedrooms and one guest room, each designed with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes to ensure both comfort and privacy.
An open-plan living area connects seamlessly with a show kitchen and a dedicated back kitchen, enhancing functionality while maintaining a clean spatial composition.
An infinity swimming pool and direct private beach access strengthen the relationship between the indoor living spaces and the waterfront setting.
